If you’re 18-29 years old and have a love for agriculture and business consider becoming an Apprentice at EYI!
Maybe you’ve just finished school or college and have no idea where to go next, or you would like to pursue a career in agriculture or business but don’t know how to get there…
As an Apprentice you would spend 20 hours a week on the farm for a period of 6 -8 week studying business and gaining invaluable experience in sustainable agriculture.
Apprentices are part of the staff on the youth farm and thus you would be expected to attend relevant meetings, fill in time-sheets and perform farm duties such as: planting and weeding which is all part of gaining a rounded experience of life in the workplace!
“I attended Empower Youth International programmes to meet up with other young people and learn how to resolve conflict. People at EYI actually care and want to help you.”
